Yeah you get pretty quick at these things  and at least they are pretty light so you can rest them on your chest ;)

And yes just remove the prop, it helps if you have someone to tilt the engine forwards as you squeeze it up into the gap then the engine can be tilted back again to actually fit the gearbox onto it.

That's why you tilt the engine forwards ;) some people put a small notch in the gearbox mount crossmember to give you a tiny bit more space, there is a bit of a nack to it but it can be done.

Leave transfer box in. Gearbox out.

I found it easiest to wiggle gear box out into drivers foot well side.

Its easy enough to get out as a one man job. When refitting i got an assistant. Get it as high as u can. Had mine sat on 12" blocks. One person needs to holds and wiggle gearbox in place and i fojnd the other had to spin flywheel using a long screwdriver till the splines lined up then when it slid into place one holds it whilst the other puts nuts/bolts in.

17mm on the bottom pully of the crankshaft if you have to.

If you align the flywheel so that you are pushing the handle of the ratchet towards the center rather than levering outside of the outer edge of the flywheel you wont need to though.
