I'm afraid the alignment looks bad. The prop on mine is also the other way around if this makes a difference. The output shaft should be parallel as possible with the axle input shaft.
Lets wait and see what guys think, who have done this kind of mod.
Here's a pic of mine for comparison.

Did you weld the new perches parallel with the original ones ???

Yes on the rear axle I did. I made a jig up and replicated it, welded perches on and when I fitted it it came out like this but didn't think it was at to bad a angle. With the front I prept all the stuff put the axle on measured and measured again tacked the perches on then took off and welded so the front props spot on.

When I originally made this f**k up with the rear axle I looked at another post on here at this pic and thought well mines not as extreme but I see what you mean. Mine is facing up.

Not sure what's going on there then :er: Our angles and much different. The propshaft from the transfer box is actually going up
Are you sure the springs are ok as they do look sad to me

That pics mine. Runs fine like that. No vibrations. I've done a few hundred mile since i fitted those springs including a hard 50mile of greenlaning and its running like a dream. Only thing i may do is have prop extended spightly.

Everything is lined up properly, i've had it at 60mph on the motorway, no knocks no vibes.

umm ye them springs do look sad there werse than mine (once my zook has a mot and insurance then it will have new springs once i can afford it )

get a new set of rascal springs that would make the rear body go up and it will straighten the prop i think
