I'll have a look what the springs are like on the sammy I'm breaking n stick them on if there ok. Then if I need to ill make up some wedges.

If the springs are good and the perches are at the factory angle then you shouldn't need any wedges, I would still check the angles with an angle finder though to make sure :thumbup:

Sorted it! Made some wedges up and made up another spring pack out of transit leafs lol. Drives lovely now. Now vibrations :doublethumbs:

I presume the wedges you made still allow the locating pins to be used? I wouldn't like to run without the pins holding the axle in the correct location :lol:

Yes. Basically made the wedge out of the right width box steel then welded a plate with a hole in to locate on spring but wedged are welded to perches.

How big was the wedge that you had to make? With good springs and perches at the original angle it should only be out a few degrees at most really?

Yeah just in time for the snow. Like I said I've made up the rear spring by adding some leafs from a transit for now but will sort out some new spring shortly. Then ill flex it up and have a final sort out.

They was 20mm at the back to nothing. Don't ask me how I made this major cock up in the first place.
