A little bit of progress...got a smaller wheel from Mike Harris, it needed a good old clean but I am very happy with it, a 1970's Astrali, quite rare now.
With the old wheel it was like driving the QE2, this is so much better!

After fruitless months searching for some wing mounted rear lights (SO expensive) I thought I'd make my own.
Had a set of Land Rover lights lying about and I bought a pair of rear fog lights for a fiver.
Bit of drilling, hacksaw, filler and job done.
This side has the fog light at the bottom, other side will have the reversing light.
