That looks ace. Look at the shine on those wheels.

The new one must be very very similar is it? Different wheels and bull bar and 26years older, lol.

You've even got one with the same decals on it.

To be fair Jordi its like going back in time!! I have had a few SJs/Samurais and a couple of Vitaras over the years but the snaps at the top of this thread are my first SJ and current SJ and the biggest difference is I paid £7070 in 1987 and I paid £850 last year!!

I like to keep my cars shinny so a good quality wax is always used but that doesnt mean I wont hit the mud. Used to love the annual Rhino Rally and went to loads of 4x4 play days and AWDC events so the SJ would often end up looking like this...

The Rhino Rally. Happy days when Suzuki actively endorsed and supported its own 4wds.

I collected mine from Holland back in November 1987 and I think there were 22 of us on that trip - and 20 of us were driving the same colour!! I think they did one run a week so that was a lot of turquoise SJs coming in to the UK!!

My last Samurai was white but I couldn't help myself when i saw this '88 SJ on ebay....
