tyres....how big can I go? what do you recommend?

Starts at the flywheel, ends at the hubs, any problems along them lines, ask your questions here.

Treads the same as the sahara. Should be pretty good. All depends on the quality of the casing. I know it'll be £260 for a set but i'd be tempted to give them a whirl at that price.

I'm over my dads tomorrow so whilst i'm there i'll get the tyres size off the SJ and measure the diameter.

Tyres I got were Pumas. Chunky buggers too lol.

How are they? Casings seem ok? Quality wise worth the money? For a cheap tyre that is?

So far I can't fault them. In the snow they were great, as good as my old Insa's, in the mud it just chewed it all up.

On road they are as quiet as a road tyre.

I did google these before I bought them and they had a very good write up.

So all in all I am a happy bunny :lol:

not bad tyres i would do the same jordi spend a bit more and get the insa turbo sahara

once i find a set of suzuki weller rims i shall buy a set of insa turbo sahara

Ok, all the tyres on my SJ say is 215R15, almost bald 29"

What size have you gone for in the end?

I went for 215/75/15 puma's. I'm 'hoping' they will fit on standard height with a plan to do a small lift in future.......fingers crossed!!
