Not too far away from me.

Can't say i know much about 35s. I'm planning on going to 33s soon as i've fitted my 1600 and rocklobster.

where abouts do you go play??

think i might drop down to 33's if i can find some. just read that anything over 33's and your asking for trouble with breakages.

33s is the limit for a standard setup then you need to look into hardened shafts and anti wrap etc.

Haven't done a lot the last year.

Joined north east laners and went out up near hexham a few weeks ago. They have a weekend planned at Scarborough too. Might have been this weekend.

Theres a site near stanley called Pea Farm. I'm going to try and get to Tong too.

Plus there is the SCUK 2013 meet in planning.

hmm, hardened shafts. i take it they tend to snap under the strain?? i am being thick but what is anti wrap??

ok cool, just looked on ne-laners, it was yesterday, bugger, they will have drove past my house to scarborough. ive done tong before, used to go quite often a few year back. great place. there is also wilton in redcar which is supposed to be a good spot.

Shafts and CVs are weak spots. Axle wrap is the axle twisting (nose of diff lifting up) with the increased torque required to get bigger tyres turning.

Wilton has apparently closed. Rogerley quarry closed. Weardale Off Road is now a £50 an hour corporate kinda place. That Langdale Quest closed???

Think there is still a PnP at Robin Hoods bay?
