Some of the measurements are wrong though, use the measurements from the thread Jordi linked as those are 100% correct.

basically it's easy, you just need to make sure that the perches stay at exactly the same angle as they were originally to keep the caster and prop UJ angles correct.

The diff side perch, needs modifying so because it ends up partially on the diff housing, so make sure you take your time to get this as flat as possible

This is mine but my axle is far from standard.
