speedo cable and drive

speedo cable and drive

Hi all, just wondering how to remove the speedo cable and speedo drive. does the speedo cable screw out? also, how do I then get the speedo drive out? many thanks in advace

To remove the cable there is a 10mm bolt on he underside of the transfer case just under the cable. Slacken the bolt and the cable just pulls out.

I'm not sure how to remove the drive.

Thanks, just done it, and the drive comes out after you pull out the collar located just below the cable connection
