Just looking at this diagram again and what's left in the back of my truck, is the bolt number '5' supposed to go all the way through the threaded hole in '1' so that 4 can thread onto it or not, because it doesn't go all the way through.
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

I don't believe that one is threaded.

4 is a threaded cap that goes on the outside of the window to screw into. 1 is the internal washer.

I never had time on Sunday to sort bits out as they are in my Dads shed. Soon as i get time i'll get them sorted and let you know a price. Not much use to my Zuk any more.
