Just tested it and all works great
im tryin to get the vitara rad to fitt naw...really cant see how its possible
even after i have checked your step by step its massive headake
and my bros too tight to buy a sammy rad for it so gta use what iv got here :(

ye mate standard fan..iv sort of got it in but its at an angle and cant use the plastic guard thing?

It will go in straight if you modify the mounts.
I have photos somewhere if you really want them. (Its a bit rammed in there with the power steering to take any more though!)

Don't seem to have any of what I actually did to get it in there
The drivers side is the 1.3 bracket spaced with a flat plate drilled to suit the holes in the 1.3 bracket and the 1.6 rad.
Then on the passenger side I slitted some small wedges out of the 1.3 bracket to allow it to collapse into a dog leg shape so the rad ends lower and further towards the passenger side. This allows it to clear the bonnet and allow space for power steering.
I think I actually did the passenger side first then once I welded it up I then made the plate for the drivers side to join the old mount and the radiator.
The cowling has been trimmed to suit o the drivers side.
Hope this makes sense.

The impression i got Dan was you shoe horned it in and just cut off any bits that were fouling.
