vitara tyres 8 inch wheel

Post by upjakscreek » Fri Apr 19, 2013 1:02 pm

I got 15 x 8s on my vit but the tyres are 255 60 15 and was wondering what the slimest tyres are I cam put on the?
I get tramlining with these and I dont like it, I dont do any off roading yet but would like to try it so I need a more road friendly tyre that will stop the tram lining and save me some feul.

selling the wheels is not an option as I dont have any replacements but a swap is if anyone wants to swap for some steels

Just looked on a tyre calculator and it says slimmest would be a 235.
1988 Samurai - Truck Cab & Tray Back - 1.6 8v & HIF44 - Snorkel - Stack Exhaust - PAS, YJs & 33s - Trussed, Gusseted & Pumpkin Capped Axles - 4.3 R&Ps - 4.16 T/Box - Rear Air Locker - Full Float Back Axle & Discs - RCV Front Shafts - X-Eng Handbrake - Custom Fuel Tank
