PDF regenerating unit

Post by delboy101 » Tue Apr 23, 2013 9:42 am

I bought an SX4 2 ltr diesel. I am having problems with a smell/taste coming into the car. I believe it is when the regeneration of the PDF unit is going through its cycle but no indication on the dashboard waring light. Any help would be appreciated as to why the smell is getting into the car.

I'd guess the Suzuki sx4 ;)

Unfortunately I can be no help, I've never even been in one, all i can recommend is consulting a garage or the main dealer, most people on this forum have older 4wd's so i doubt you'll get a definative answer here - sorry

With motorbikes, anything over 15 years old can go on a classic policy..... by that reasoning 95% of the cars on here are classics!

Well that's fair enough, but the important thing is I'll never be as old as you ;)
