I have two complete rear brake setups so can send you out any bits you need .

I run jap so Spanish bits are not much use to me

Ill give the back plates a quick blast in the sand blaster for you too.

Pretty certain that they are fitted. I tried to get a picture earlier but me battery was flat.

There for the auto ajust would thing thay need to be there

The mechanism is there to adjust the handbrake and the footbrake. Although looking at it I would say it's operated when the handbrake is used. As you have no handbrake cable to it, it won't work. I would fit it but I think you may over time have to take the drum off and adjust it manually.
