Tippers is go go go. 5mins to load 5 to tip then flogging on most of the time.

This tends to be steady away. Can't go much over 40/45mph when fully loaded. Can take half hour to load or we can sit for days waiting to tip.

I enjoy it. The random hours, time away, living in a box, working outside in all conditions isn't everyones cup of tea.

Yeah I wouldnt mind doing it to be honest! I like driving alot to be honest

I think I'd probably enjoy it, I love driving, but working behind a desk is easier lol

I always wanted to drive trucks when i was a kid my dad had his own truck then sold it and drove for a few firms.

I never though by 27/28 i'd have done half the stuff i've done now. Always thought this was what you did when you had 20yrs experience.

I'm thinking of becoming a truck driver, regardless of which way my degree goes. I like driving too much to sit in an office or some bollocks.

I worked in a few transport offices from 17 to 21 and it was a bit arse. Same work everyday. Same start time. Driving the same route there and back everyday.

Staring at the computer. Same office, same people.
