I use Goodyear gatorback 4pk0813g belts for both alternator and P/S pump providing you are using an original mount and pulleys

I tried that had the reg of the vit my old engine only to be told it came back as scrapped, so they couldn't get any info for itScottieJ wrote:L970 AKM

I've never had a problem using it, it's what I always use, should still come up with the correct vehicle even if it is scrapped.

Yeah that's with it in the original place, means I only have to carry one spare belt if they are both the same, not sure if it would be long enough to use with it lifted? Might do depending how much you lift it though?Jordi wrote:Is that with the PS pump in the original place scott?

if scots reg doesnt work try M149 AEU thats the one dans engine came out of and we both use it with no problems even though its listed as scrapped

I worked for a factors till a few years ago, belts only need the rib count and spec (air con, PAS etc) if ever in doubt about parts, look at all the options then give back the ones with the grubbiest boxes! They've been returned that many times
They don't make cars like they used to!
