All sorted, it was just the head gasket but had blown right between cylinder 3 and 4 which explains why both cylinders weren't firing!

Jordi got my 410 5 speed yesterday and checked that clutch and flywheel i had in the back and you're right it is slightly bigger! So if anyone needs a SJ413 clutch and flywheel let me know!

The hardest bit was cleaning off the engine block head. When taking the old gasket off it was really stuck down and left little paper chunks behind! Took about an hour to clean it all off so it was flush again! Just glad its working again.
