front diff rear axle

ok the rear diff is dying on my sammy. was just thinking, I've got a spare front axle with a good diff in it. so will the front diff fit in the rear axle? thanks

I think they have different splines on the front and rear shafts so i dont think you can swap them over matey.

You can swap them, but you need the side gears out the rear diff.
