http://www.suzukiclubuk.co.uk/diy/16-tr ... build-tips has all the info you could need but no bearing numbers. Has info for bearings from Lowrange Offroad though so you may be able to cross refrence that.

Re: clutch cable sizes
Mine sounds just like you describe. I also thought it was the clutch release bearing until I fitted a new one and it didn't help. I left mine as it is as I also found the input shaft worn in the pilot bearing.
It's been running like this for at least 5 years . I use it as my daily drive so didn't/don't fancy pulling it apart. I also believe the noise to be the input shaft bearing. Strange why mine sounds fine when moving though , just noisy in neutral.

Re: clutch cable sizes
I think its more noisy in neutral as it can move around more with less torque on the shaft.
Mine had been doing it for years but once I had the box out and it sat about while I rebuilt the truck the bearing must have dried out and was a lot louder when I put it all back together.
Thought it might improve once it got oil moving round the box but no joy. 25 miles later..... Crunch!!
