More of a motorcross site than 4x4, but not a bad little local site for testing / breaking.

Re: Pea Farm
Its stopped working pretty soon after due to a slight water / electrical issue. As not many 4x4s go apparently all of the bomb holes had silted up with a thick boggy clay. And my gently "lets not snap a shaft first time out" driving just meant i got bogged in.turbo-tom wrote:Looks like a nice little prooving ground. I like the second to last picture!
Not sure how hard i can be on the 33s yet.
Transit recovery I have no idea what he was doing down the grass bank. Its just a steep grass bank with a beck at the bottom. He'd drove down. Then broke down. Took some dragging up. I got it so far the. we had to stick the SJ on the front of mine to get it back onto the track.

Took the tin top too. I haven't got any photos of that on my phone though.
There was only a couple of wet bits. Most of it was mx jumps. She crawled over them well though. I was pleased with her overall performance. I have a snorkel to go on and need to waterproof the electrics.
Full float back axle and chromo front shafts arw now on the wish list.
Then it was home for more refurb work.
