Looks good Joe , My Father keeps his Cavalier in one of them garages (similar design) and he still has to get a full car cover as the amount of rubbish that falls of the roof is unberlivable!

oh, thats exactly what i was worried about:( i went in there with a broom yesterday and knocked all the spider webs off the roof though. so i will park it in there for a day and see how it goes.

All I could find, it's a bonnet badge but I'm sure you could plonk it on the grill!

New Power

ok, so i started the conversion today but jinxed myself by saying that i could do it in a day:(

the old engine came out very straight forward but i had trouble getting the new one in as i damaged the splines on the clutch plate so that threw me back a bit so i didnt get as much done as i wanted.

so i got the engine mounted to the gearbox, but the next step is to try and get the driver side mount to fit. going to need to grind a bit and drill some new holes.

You need to remove the spreader plate and re drill the actual mount under it.

did you use the origional samurai mounts or the vitara mounts?

i guess i will tell you tomorrow if i manage to knock anything else up.
and i have to finish it tomorrow, no acceptations. scary:(
