With the door open can it rock on the hinges?

If it does it's worn hinge pins. New hinges or drill them out and fit new pins.

Is the latch in the door shut set right? If you undo the two screws there is limited adjustment to move it on the frame.

Also the the lock mechanism in the door has very slight movement on the the bolts too.

You need to adjust the doors and latches.

Try some off roading, my drivers door lock was broken when we set off around wiltshire!
By the end of day 1 it was working again, 100% ;)
