Tow bar/hitch's

Post by Ricky-410 » Mon Jul 15, 2013 11:33 pm

I've just got a bike trailer so i can take my trial bike to places with the Suzuki. The only slight problem I've got is, there's no tow bar
Any chance of getting some advice/photos of yours before i make one my self?
thanks

This is the original 410 tow bar it is proberly 20-30mm lower as my bumper is mounted to the chassis rails aswell
It doesn't stick out to far I can't use it yet as there is a some sort of metal brace that bolts on to one of the chassis rails and then bolts to the tow bar which I havnt cleaned and painted yet

Soz only pic I could get

The cherry bomb has not been fitted as I can't be asked with it

Sid James gone but never forgotten

Thanks for all the help, I'll have a look on Facebook now. Just a pain in arse living so far north, every thing always seems at the other end of the country.

Has any one made one of them 2inch reciever hitch things? Would be handy to take it off so I
dont get stuck and make one for the front like james may's sammy on top gear.

Just thought you could make a reciever hitch! Have a shackle for recovery purposes. Then a tow bar for towing kills to birds with one brick.

Or make a winch platform, I might spend this weekend getting creative!
I'm sure there was a bbq on top gear to go in one as well haha could have all sorts!
