if it works out gettin these tyres ill cut the outriggers off and fold the seam and we can see at wagtail if they fit! The main reason i want some bigger tyres is because im running the 1.3 engine and gear box but through my 410 transfer box so will hopefully get a bit more speed out of larger tyres!

Looking at he pictures of your SJ you seem to have quite a bit of arch in your springs? I wonder if it has actually got lift springs fitted?

can yu get some decent pictures? looking at the amount of arch gap you have I think you'll be ok with those tyres

Ans with a 410 tbox and diffs it will be geared well

This is my front and rear wheels, currently running 195's, there might be enough room at the front, not so sure about the back, sits a bit lower, but i could lift the back with some slightly longer shackles if i cant get any lift springs soon.

The fronts look like they could be lift springs  the rears are standard though.

I couple of Suzukis back I had a '92 Samurai that has 215/75r15 BFG Muds and that needed no mods at all

I run 235/75r15 BFG Muds on my current '88 SJ and had to trim the front bumper mount a little...to be fair I need to get the grinder on the case again and go a bit further

Just fit as big as you can afford and cut the body work to match.
