About 40/50 mins off where i work. Presume your up here for the walking? Some super walks and some pretty interesting roads. If you go up to the A69 between newcastle and carlisle there are some awesome hidden lanes.

Is anyone taking a digital video camera? I've been playing about in Sony Vegas recently and I could cut and edit together a montage video of all the zooks going, complete with theme music for each zook and other such silliness. I've got a digital camera that'll take reasonable video but not HD and it gets very blurry if you don't have a tripod, which I don't.
This is one I made for the Hull Uni Formula Student race car we built:
The difference being this time I was planning on having an intro section with short clips of each zook in turn at the beginning followed by a montage of footage throughout the weekend, with a plug for the SCUK website at the end.
It'll probably end up being quite a long video though.

There's three ways of doing things:
The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

Nice video, and a nice idea.
I'd have loved to come down to play, but it seems just a bit far.
If your video comes off, and the site is good, then maybe next time.
