Still lumpy so I took off each lead one by one and cylinder 1 is sparking from lead but not firing up aint had plug out butcant see Iit being plug as they new and same problem from the old
Iv fiddled with the timing for ages and no joy iv got it to wer it ticks over and revs up best
Any ideas guys?

Take the plug out and make sure the gap is okay.

What spark plugs are they? Even if they are new one could be duff. So try another plug anyway.

The thing is it's a Japanese so why not use the Japanese plugs it was built with. Honestly, NGK BPR6E is what you want.
Bosch Super Plus and Bosch Super 4 spark plugs are over-priced guff.

Bosh plugs are crap if we buy a motor and it has bosch plugs and leads in it the first thing we do is change them to ngk.
