As I'm running free wheeling hubs will there be any issue with just welding my front div instead of using a diff locks?

I reckon your turning circle might be pretty shocking.
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

Shudnt make any differnce when your hubs are free its only when u lock your hubs ull loose your turning abiltys

I personally wouldn't, without power steering you'll barely be able to turn let as well as the fact you'll lose a lot of your turning circle.
