Should be like this.
1988 Samurai - Truck Cab & Tray Back - 1.6 8v & HIF44 - Snorkel - Stack Exhaust - PAS, YJs & 33s - Trussed, Gusseted & Pumpkin Capped Axles - 4.3 R&Ps - 4.16 T/Box - Rear Air Locker - Full Float Back Axle & Discs - RCV Front Shafts - X-Eng Handbrake - Custom Fuel Tank
Re: Transfer box mounts
ahi thank you Jordi ill let you know how that goes cheers
Re: Transfer box mounts
That's spot on! Only extra thing I would do is use some large washers at the top and bottom of the bolt to stop any chance of the bolt head/nut pulling through one of the outer bushes.Sj410red wrote:I've just had a re-mod on the mounts I've added a 1/2 inch poly bush top n bottom, what do u think?

Re: Transfer box mounts
They look fine, just like what llama4x4 sells. I see they have compressed a little, so at least they have some give. I had visions of poly-bushes being too hard.
I would keep an eye on the nuts coming loose, but if they do just bung some nylocks on.
