Transfer box mounts

so this was how i fitted them washer at the bottom and washer at the top

That's spot on! Only extra thing I would do is use some large washers at the top and bottom of the bolt to stop any chance of the bolt head/nut pulling through one of the outer bushes.

kk yea got some large washers on there now
swap them round and wire up rear lights then test run

Scottie...You can't see in the pic but there are washers on top and bottom under the spring washer but they are compressed into the bush, they are about an inch in diameter, just not quite the size of the bush

Z bar
32mm spacers
Aisan free wheeling hubs
Roll bar
Snorkel
K&N air filter
Poly bushes all round
Diff & Box high breather pipes
Front Diff guard

They look fine, just like what llama4x4 sells. :thumbup: I see they have compressed a little, so at least they have some give. I had visions of poly-bushes being too hard.
I would keep an eye on the nuts coming loose, but if they do just bung some nylocks on.
