Re: why are my rear springs doing this ?????
Ye I have just sent the chap a message
And yes jordi I'm glad someone has noticed the same as me
But my old springs was a bit like that aswell they had a bit of curv in.them but this is a pic of a bit of straight metal resting on it just to see how fucked my old ones where
These are the springs that I got just to worn people
I have done a bit of offroading but nothing serious yet as its my.daily drive

Have you been pulling away aggressively? Or thrashing it offroad? Are the U bolts nice and tight?
Looks like it has been caused by axle wrap. Either way it's not what you should expect from new springs so I would be phoning the company you got them from up.

Also look where ur spring clamp thing is to that keeps the springs together

It's a 410 SPUA, if it's axle wrap they are seriously bad springs. Has it done it on both sides?ScottieJ wrote:Have you been pulling away aggressively? Or thrashing it offroad? Are the U bolts nice and tight?

Mine are Llama springs, really impressed with them for comfort and flex from a lift spring.

When we fitted Twiss's front springs once we done them you could really notice the difference.

Yr they both look like that
All I am saying is that the thing that holds the spring together should be holdong 3 leafs together like its jordi unlike mine is only holding 2 leafs together
Ye but did ur temp gauge go up quite a bit and did it clutch stink afterwards lol

I can't fault anything I have had from Llama and I've had lots.turbo-tom wrote:When we fitted Twiss's front springs once we done them you could really notice the difference.
