not a good sign, looks like a recall might be needed.

Hi Steve yes I bought mine at the begining of September and has done about 150 miles on them
Did u get them of eBay
I have sent the chap a message with pics and he has sent them to.the supplier and is waiting for replies
Steve if u want to get hold of them here is there email address
sales@japanese4x4spares.co.uk
I think this bracket that holds the leafs together should hold all the leafs together

Ohh dear looks like a dodgy batch.
My local classic car garage says they have been seeing alot of duff springs
Being imported from china. Cheap crap.
They fitted some springs to an Austin and it jacked the rear up 4 inches

Re: why are my rear springs doing this ?????
I did warn you !!
Not to be rude but there shit springs, I would strongly advise you take them off, if the spring is already facing backwards after 150 miles there is no doubt in my mind they will break at some stage. Go and fit a set of flat standard springs to be safe mate.
And my advice is speak to Devon 4x4 about old man emu leaf springs. Best springs you can buy and there £180 a pair. There fully rated and have warranty. Built buy ARB in Australia, you won't have any issues. They do standard and lift as well.
Don't muck around just take them off, them pictures in my mind are terrifying. It's not like a car spring if it breaks and your driving along it won't be pretty !!
So for the time it takes to bash a old set of genuine springs on you may as well do it mate.
