well because I've done f**k all on my sj their is nothing to update on but i do have a few pictures and ideas that i want to get some peoples ideas on so i will get them up later
http://forum.suzukiclubuk.co.uk/vi ... php?t=7383
well this is my dads 1996 disco ES was an auto but that soon had a manual put in as fly by wire is sh*t
don't have any photos of it bog standard but lets start about 5 years ago when i quote
"im not going to go too mad i'm only going to use it for green lanes" -trigger
well you see later on how much has been done
first few mods:
2inch lift
18" rangerover sports alloys
general grabber at2
rubber arches
steering guard
winch bumper
heavy duty rear bumper
it looked something like this
then at a windy/rainy eastnor castle my dad sold the 18's and brought some 31 hankcook dynapro mt's
and it looked something like this
possibly a year later it got some some rrc lse alloys on some insa turbo traction track cant remember size and then a 2inch lift block was added to the rear and a 1.5 to the front
and as you can see it got a tube front bumper and a preface d2 head light conversion
it stayed like this for another year
untill
3inch springs 2inch lift blocks and 33's
my dad got a surprise when he got the rock sliders powder coated
soon back to normal though
then it had a new facelift
also had the rear lights to match (pic later)
MACH 5'S
then roll cage new snorkel ashcroft lsd terraferma +5 shocks
old arms vs new
trip to wales
rear
gay picture of me haha

more pictures on Photobucket

so more things to come tyre wise as me and my dad can't decide on 35's or sticking with the devil we know with 33's but something more aggressive

Re: triggers disco
Its easy enough manual pedal box manual gearbox manual injection pump flywheel and clutch its pretty straight forward would say it might be an idea to change cam belt if you haven't already done it as you have to take that all off to change injection pumpturbo-tom wrote:looks good. how easy was it do the the manual box conversion? i might do something like that to mine.

Re: triggers disco
I don't remember joining the Lawn Mower forums.
There's three ways of doing things:
The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

I'm not to sure I can't really remember but Google should give you the answerturbo-tom wrote:presume you have to change the gearbox brackets aswell?
But on another note the auto 300tdi has 122bhp where the manual has 111bhp but the manual pump is easier to tune just a bit of random info
