Don't use engine oil, it is the wrong grade and too thick for cold weather.

Straight sae 20w is the best thing to use.

Mixture screw should not be any particular number of screws out or in, follow my guide here for setting the mixture. http://forum.suzukiclubuk.co.uk/vi ... 19&p=69016

I would also whip the dash pot of and make sure the piston is clean and not sticking.

Oh and get rid of that K&N and fit a proper filter that actually filters, either just use the standard airbox and a paper filter or an ITG foam filter, only place K&Ns are good for is the bin.

thx, truck is about 80% better now. I can finally take it out for a real test tomorrow. Thx again guys
