Had a bit of a bummer tonight. I'd spent an age cleaning the inside of the front axle casing. Then then offered up the "new" front diff to find it wouldn't fit in!!

I've previously come to an abrupt halt using the front diff casing and bent it. The 5.125:1 crown wheel must be slightly larger in diameter, so it wont go in. :pissed: (Yes I did try the BFH, but it was having none of it)

Time to clean up a spare casing :x

We had to grind away some of the axle diff housing to fit anton's ARB in!
