Only issue i had was a misatched temp gauge and sender.

Slightly clogged rad too.

Is it warming up properly and pumping water round? Its not air locked or got a blockage in the system?

the pump works fine, does the 300tdi fit in? i was told to use the 200tdi rad. ive flushed the rad a few times and all my hoses no air locks. im presuming its cooling down but cannot tell until my digital gauge gets here.

sorry took me so long to get back to you all . ive fitted the digital temperature gauge and its running stood still around 75-80. took it offroad few days ago before i fitted it and coped with 2 hour session. really impressed with it definatly worth the conversion. does anyone know what temperatures i should be hitting on road and off road???

my 1.6 16v engine always sticks between 70 and 80.... never had any overheating issues and I'm still running the standard 1.3 rad!
