steam from exaust

Post by kiwizook » Sun Dec 29, 2013 6:38 pm

So I've finally had my exaust fixed, and fitted it. I noticed she was steaming a little from the exaust, more under increasing throttle. there was a trace of milky oil on the rocker cover oil lid, but this was nothing major at all. the dip stick was showing very clear oil. engine has been rebuilt very recently, and has not been run in properly yet. should this steam be a concern?
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out

Probably just condensation. I had a really bad mayo in the filler cap and a white exhaust but after a few hours running it all cleared.

Or a bad seal on the inlet manifold gasket allowing water from the water channels into the inlet ports, had this happen a few times.
