That may be a light for catalytic converter overtemperature (below), usually thats down to a bad sensor in the cat. That type of cat isn't available over here so you may as well pull the bulb.

Yep thats the one comes on a soon as i Start up would that be causing the hesitation

Unlikely I would think, if its on at the start (cat cold) then its a sensor issue.

An o2 sensor is 60quid i might check around a bit more before I take the plunge thanks again rhinoman appreciate the help

Thanks again for the help rhinoman the hesitation was down to the clutch slipping.The car is running much better but using a lot of fuel do you think the cat warning light could be linked to the high fuel consumption
