I believe the fuel lines are mostly on the chassis rails anyway, not sure on a vit but on an SJ I think you just need to fiddle around with the tank filler neck
Not sure about the steering links to be honest, someone with some more vit knowledge will be along soon :)

I did a 3" lift on my vit. From what i can remember you need to...
Reposition the front left brake hose in the inner wing, see bits4vits site its on his mods section somewhere.
Reposition the brass brake fitting on the chassis under the drivers foot well. I just took the bolts out bent it a little then put it back on with only one bolt.
Move some of the clips holding the electrics fro the engine to the chassis in and around the battery.
Reposition the power steering resivior further down the wing.
Slacken and adjust the fuel filler hose at the tank.
Lengthen the gear leavers, see http://www.shropshire-suzuki.co.uk/foru ... =55&t=7010

You might not need to go as far with only 50mm, we got away with our steering shaft but disconnected it during fitting to make lifting the cab easier. Would also suggest taking the power steering resivior off the wing and remove the electrical harnesses untill your done.

Hope this helps, and also hope you've not got a new style vit as that will probably be useless to you.
Built with ebay!!!
