Hi and welcome to SCUK.

You will need a 1.3 gearbox. To be honest if you are going to the bother of converting your 410 to take a G series engine you may as well fit the 1.6 G16 from a Vitara.

Cheapest, easiest is a vitara 1.6 8v engine, SJ413/Samurai gearbox.

That will mate up to your existing 410 transfer box.

410 gearboxes do not mate with 1.3/1.6 engines.

You will need to alter the engine mounts for either the 1.3 or the 1.6

Hard to put a price on it. All the parts can vary so much in cost.

My 1.6 cost quite a bit because i had to buy two 1.3's first lol, so just skip the 1.3 conversion and its not too bad. As Dan said its hard to put a price on it, but i paid £50 for the 1.6 and about £20 ish for a 1.3 gearbox, so somewhere between free and £10000 is a good sort of guide. Mounts need altering quite a bit aye.
