right the engine is vitara 1.6 8v spi, the hose with the red ring around I have put side of the intake manifold on the other pic with the red ring around it , the other pipe coming from the thing on the bulk head I left alone it goes into heatermatrix I think , and the pipe next to it I connect that to the smaller pipe coming from next to the bottom rad hose from water rail as in picc , thanks

Good luck with getting it running cool :thumbup: , my temp gauge got very high (like 7mm off of the red zone kinda high) driving back from Buxton but I had been doing 80 for a solid couple of hours haha, should really get a decent rad fan :roll:

What condition is the Radiator in?

When I started getting issues like this it was a. Needed a flush, b. the cap needed replacing and c. there was air in the system!

Just bin over and fitted the new thermostat ran it for 5 mins wif the cap off n topped water up then ran it for bout half a hour with fans on n temp hit 103 n red light came on so turned it off n it was making some loud boiling noises n filled expansion bottle up
Tbh mate the radiator find arnt in the best of condition so gunna put a new rad on as a last resort , then am stuck matbe engine swap lol , thanks

Have you had a pressure test / sniffer test done?

Might be worth looking at that
