Thumping noise from drum brakes!

Does anyone know the torque settings for the 4 nuts that hol the drum brake together (the bit the wheel bolts on to) not sure of the parts name, had a quick look through the Haynes manual but found nothing.

I just used the Scotty Kilmer "uurgh" setting (gotta to get a good set of T/W's!).

Actually: 58 ft. lbs. (79 Nm).
