Re: help off the experts
Hey guys thanks for all the info , i think i may just have to keep dreaming on this one as would not have the money for sorting diffs and tbox out , i will be needing new springs and shocks anyways and already have the sammy axels stripped does anyone sugest anything , or am i wasting my time fitting them , i know most of yas run 33s would the sammy diffs be still to high to run , thanks

With a 410 t box they will be too high. Even with a rock lobster box on standard Samurai axles the diff ratios were too high for 33s. It managed but is much better with the lower diffs too.
Still fit the axles for the extra width. Spring perches will need cutting off and moving inboard.

Cheers jordi think thats what i will end up doing mate you think the gearing n that would be ok with just fitting the axles and just putting my 31s back on , do you know if i could still fit the full flot on the rear , thanks

Re: help off the experts
Should be fine with 31s, I ran standard samurai gearing on 31s which was a bit high but the 410 transfer box will make the gearing fine.
The full float can still be fitted but it a bit unnecessary for 31s.

Re: help off the experts
Cheers jordi al get crackin wif that then , i must have got my wires crossed on what it actually did then sorry jordi few more questions mate is tbere , any write ups on measurments and angles to mive the purches mate as sticking with spoa ? Also myt do the rear disc conversion and put some new springs on so its all done ready to just bolt on any recomendations ? Would 1" lift leafs be ok , thanks
Re: help off the experts
Weld them on parallel to the existing spua perches so that they are at the same angle just on top of the axle. Personally I wouldn't run lift springs with SPOA, it's already more than high enough and if you go any higher you will start to have issues with prop UJs binding and well it'll be tall and unstable

Re: help off the experts
Need to move the perches inwards by 40mm.
Take a read here about axle info http://forum.suzukiclubuk.co.uk/vi ... =12&t=2801
As scottie says lift springs will just make it taller. As you are already SPOA unless you do go to massive tyres standard springs will be fine.
