Changing a wheel stud with the hub on, any suggestions?

Starts at the flywheel, ends at the hubs, any problems along them lines, ask your questions here.

It worked, it worked, sooooo happy thanks for the responses guys... Fixed the lights too so MOT to sort next, fingers crossed for that one... ScottieJ, don't suppose I could buy a wheel nut off you?....
