Welcome! It hasn't been mentioned yet but prevention is better than the cure, stay away from add-a-leafs at all costs! Devils handy work.

i have seen that somewere i was just planning on replacing the whole sring as these one look bit past it once i start work on it i will take pictures to show what i mean :)

Pretty much, yeah. Remove the old, bolt the new brackets on and fit springs.

I fitted second hand springs. New ones are easier to source but obviously a bit more pricey.

The springs themselves are longer than standard suzuki springs so generally give a softer ride. Do bear in mind, they are still leaf springs. It’s never going to be soft.

YJ conversions generally provide a small amount of lift too and move the front axle forwards slightly, back axle back slightly.

There are lots of other options to improve the ride comfort of an SJ.

It all depends on what you want out of the Zuk, what it will be used for and the budget.

I aint been able to find a second hand set yet will keep lookibg thou if not it will have to be new tha k you for the advice :)

Matt contacted me the other day to say he's got a set for sale, a full set for £200. I'll ask him if he still has them.

Yeah, new shocks. They aren't expensive enough to mess around with.
