Always check the piston size though, the Vitara swb lucas girling are 48mm so need to be on the back if you have Jimny calipers up front, depending on the rear disc conversion you have, you might be able to rotate the mounts around so that the vitara calipers sit with the nipple at the top as well.
LWB vitara calipers with the vented discs are a good upgrade to the front brakes.

Just got the last Jimny ones for front from my local breakers yard cant find another Jimny breaking for miles.
BUT. he does have a Vitara in so might just have a go at those ones, anyone got any pics of Vitara Calipers fitted ?

Those are Asin calipers.
I know that some Jimnys (I *think* all of them, actually) came with those exact same calipers - get a photo and maybe we can tell you.
I believe that the only difference between Jimny calipers and SJ Aisin calipers is that "Asin" is stamped on the top of SJ calipers, while that stamping is on the back (below the bleed nipple) of Jimny calipers. 99% sure they're identical otherwise, even down to using the same pads.
99% sure that's correct, but since you have Jimny calipers up front, it's easy enough for you to check.

Will take pic of front tomorrow, They do look slightly different but did take the same pads.
Here is pics of the ones that were on front when we got it, they took different pads and the width betewen sliders were different. to Jimnys.

Those are Lucas-Girling calipers. I think they came on the Spanish built SJ's.

Replaced these on front with Jimny, which fit ,
Might have a look at the Vitara ones to see whats what.

Does it matter what year the Vitara is, think the one at breakers is 03 ?

The Vitara was discontinued in 1999. There are no Vitaras with an 03 plate unless one or two sat around unregistered for a few years (some are reg'd 2000 for this reason).
It's likely to be a Grand Vitara. Check. If its a GV, and if you really want the calipers, then you will need to put them up front with vented disks, with the Jimny calipers and disks on the back.
Get a vacuum brake bleed kit so that bleeding them isn't such a pain in the backside.
