Where the short pipe attaches to the manifold, that part will be gunked up as well and need cleaning. It’s a one way valve inside, it’s a ball bearing and also a spring I believe

Mines a 1 litre cant see a pipe like that going in to manifold. Will have another good look tonight thoigh.

The 1 litre and 800 are the same thing really, so should be something there

Found it Mate exactly where you circled in green above Thanks. your right it does have bearing and spring in.
Cleaned everything out again, Much Better less smoke, in fact once I get it in to 4th or even 5th as long as Im not to heavy on throttle its fine, really much better, but stil not sure if the problems solved,.
Nearly packed in and parked it up to look for another engine, I do use it every day but really do no more then 20 mile per week., but will run it as usual to see if it clears.

Well it has Improved but still not right, Still losing oil, think its coming from where the head joins to the block in pic, still blowing smoke on heavy acceleration ,
How long will iy last like this ?

The leak is probably where the distributor housing is bolted to the head. Have you checked the compression on the cylinders? Could be a valve or head gasket
