there normally is a jet wash at cores pay and play days for a couple of quid ;)


not to sure if there will be one there though as never been before :argh: but hopefully will be this year :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

washing down might be a good idea before i head for the boat
awaiting the next adventure
it's when it stop's leaking oil you need to worry as it's all gone

im happy to pay a few quid, or 20l of water for a brake and rad wash down at the end of the weekend. Ill ask colin on difflock.

Otherwise there's a petrol station with a couple of good pressure washers down the road...

just put an update in difflock. Basicly no.
I wasnt planning on going this month anyway, so I could have 2 months off from brakages. Currently now spent 1 of those months still with a brakage.

Im getting excited already (more than my 5th Reading Festival), so ive been devising a core kit list. Have I missed anything?
Before prep:
block air filter hole
snorkel???
mud tyres on

4x4 kit:
spare wheel
spare Starter motor
delux socket set
mole grips
brake fluid
engine oil
rubber floor mat (radiator cover)
Straps
Spare bulbs/tool box

Meals:
Gas Cooker & gas
food -
lots of water (20l?)

Camping kit:
waterproofs
old clothes
tent
sleeping bag
roll mat
warm clothes

and a very big hammer +some zip ties :lol:
