I'm about 90% sure that the brake discs are the same on japanese and spanish models...

My front discs (Lucas caliper?) don't fit the rear (Aisin Suzuki Calipers) They rub on the inside edge of the caliper.. So buying the discs from my log book numbers wont work. Anyone got Aisin Suzuki calipers (Just like the ones pictured on Andy's DIY page/ rear disc conversion)and can give me there make/410/413/model/engine number ie, G13ba/G13a ? Thanks.

Bugger, just got in from work..10pm, tired, I meant to post this as a new subject/topic and I've put it on someone elses post.. I'll have another go tomorrow.

Not sure if I'm barking up the right tree but I have noticed on other write ups that a couple of washers are added to stop this.

I hope this is what you mean :er:

Darrell, Tried the washer fix and the more washers I put in the worse it got.. It pushed the caliper part that raps over the top of the disc even closer to the disc, But... I may have found the answer.. I'll start a new topic as I nicked someone elses post.

Glad you got it sorted.
Yes adding those washers works when people are using the front caliper holders on the back as they are stepped.
You have some proper after-market ones cut from flat plate, are these fitted from the outside and also act as the bearing retainer plate :er:

Scottiej, Thanks for all your help/advice,I got the new discs yesterday from my local motor factors.. Fitted them to the front and I'm using the old front discs on the rear for the moment.. Turning the studded mounting plate around to get rid of the 2mm lip has seemed to work.. The disc lines up nicely and is solid as a rock.. Talked to David at Llama yesterday (Nice bloke/very helpfull) and ordered the new brake hoses. shouldn't take long to finish when they arrive.
