ah thats good i always turn the charger off first wait 5 mins then take off the terminals, but its been about a month since i last charged the battery it was after my uncle left the ignition switched on.
But today i took a wire from the small spade on the starter, and the other side to the +ve of the battery and then it started instantly no trouble at all, then i reconnected the old plug it didnt start so ill rewire the starter button so its just switching on and off +ve supply to the spade connector on the starter.
wonder what wiring fault could cause the problem though?
