Yes thats a gaffer tape plaster,Had some serious Welding done along the top of the inner wings and the wheel arch had to be removed to help the welder get access and along with the arch came a large piece filler with it,was no big shock more matter of time so gaffer tape covering the hole and holding arch on until i get replacement wing this weekend
